Chapel Hill
Chapel Hill is located in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina. Home to the Tar Heels of The University of North Carolina and situated in the rolling hills of the Piedmont, Chapel Hill is consistently rated as one of the top places to live, work and retire.
Chapel Hill features the benefits of a large University town – art museums, parks, gardens and professional performing arts venues with the warm feeling of small neighborhoods plus amenities like pools, playgrounds and golf courses. World-class healthcare is right here, with the top research scientists and physicians in the UNC Healthcare System and at UNC Hospitals.
Our school district is one of the top 37 in the United States and currently rated the top performing school district in the Southeast US. Ratings are determined by data that includes student scores on the SAT, student participation in Advanced Placement courses and the number of National Merit Scholars (Offspring Magazine, Sept/Oct 2000).

Booker Creek
Another wonderful neighborhood with a mix of housing styles and residents. Centrally located with easy access to 15-501, I40 and Franklin Street, convenient to shopping in Chapel Hill and Durham. Access to trails and Lake Forest, nice sidewalks and wooded lots. [Top of page]
Briarcliff
A unique subdivision with beautiful wooded lots in central Chapel Hill. Students walk to Ephesus Elementary School and residents are a quick trip to ideal shopping in Chapel Hill and Durham. A mix of styles and lot sizes give a great variety to the neighborhood and its residents. [Top of page]
Camden Place
This lovely neighborhood is located off Homestead Road, close to Chapel Hill High School and easy access to I40 and travel to Durham and RTP. Large, luxury transitional-style homes built in the 1990s by the builder Lawton Wheeler. [Top of page]
Cedar Hills
Located in the north of Chapel Hill, these large wooded lots and tree lined streets give Cedar Hills a wonderful neighborhood feel. Close to the playing fields and trails of Cedar Hills Park, and a short walk to East Chapel Hill High School.

Chandlers Green
Another wonderful area close to East Chapel Hill High School, and a short ride to Duke Forest. Easy access to I40 for travel to Durham and RTP. Executive homes line the streets of the neighborhood which has .5 and 1 acre lots. [Top of page]
Chesley

Cobble Ridge

Coker Hills
An established subdivision in Chapel Hill. Walk to the Library, Estes Elementary and Phillips Middle School as well as downtown shops and restaurants. Everything from small bungalows to large, spacious and renovated homes. [Top of page]
Cross Creek
A new neighborhood of luxury homes on large estate lots in north Chapel Hill. Some of the area's top executive home builders are represented here in this exclusive subdivision in the East Chapel Hill High School area. [Top of page]
Culbreth Ridge

Downing Creek
A favorite neighborhood off 54, convenient to 40, Durham and Chapel Hill, this neighborhood with a mix of lovely homes and town houses is in Chapel Hill, with Durham County schools. Greenwood
A classic neighborhood, located right in the heart of Chapel Hill. Wooded lots with a mix of traditional homes in many styles. [Top of page]
Ironwoods
One of Chapel Hill’s older and more established neighborhoods, these transitional homes on wooded lots sit at the top of a hill on the edge of Chapel Hill and Carrboro. Just off of Sewell School Road, the location is convenient and this neighborhood is always popular. [Top of page]
Kent Woodlands
A beautiful neighborhood with Zinn Design Build transitional homes. Homes range from 2,500 – 4,000 square feet and the community will be an easy walk to the new Carrboro High School when it opens in August 2007. [Top of page]
Lake Forest
A fabulous neighborhood on Eastwood Lake, this neighborhood has new construction and older, contemporary and traditional homes. Large wooded lots with views of the beautiful lake. Lake Hogan Farms

Larkspur
A Zinn Design Build community with beautiful, spacious homes centered around a pool and community area with play castle. Located in North Chapel Hill, with easy access to I40. [Top of page]
Meadowmont
Meadowmont Village is a wonderful 435-acre neighborhood with exquisitely built town homes, luxury houses and craftsmen-style bungalows and cottages. Rounding out the real estate offerings are apartments and condos. In addition to the lovely homes, there are walking trails throughout the area, leading through woods, past lakes and gardens. The neighborhood also boasts a 70 acre park.
Meadowmont is home to Chapel Hill’s Rashkis Elementary School – a new school that is home to many special art and dance programs for students. The UNC Wellness Center, the Meadowmont Club, numerous shops, restaurants and a Harris Teeter supermarket are all extra amenities of this special location.
This area consistently ranks in the top three areas in Chapel Hill for home sales. Meadowmont is convenient to Route 54 and I40, close to UNC-Chapel Hill, downtown and Southpoint. [Top of page]
North Haven

The Oaks

Southern Village
Southern Village is a unique area in the Triangle. Located in Chapel Hill, the neighborhood of over 500 homes, town homes and condominiums is a walkable, new urbanist plan.
Pool and tennis are some of the amenities that are available with club membership – open only to residents of Southern Village.
Shops, restaurants, doctors offices, movie theaters and a market are all within a walk or a bike ride of your home. Southern Village also provides special entertainment, concerts and outdoor movies. The Market Street Green has become a great location for activities – be it the performances mentioned above or the Farmers Market on Thursdays.
Southern Village is also home to the Mary Scroggs elementary school – one of the top ranked elementary schools in the state.

Timberlyne
A wonderful traditional subdivision with homes on wooded lots of .25 to .50 acres. Older homes with well manicured lots make this a favorite stop for those looking for homes in the $2-300s. [Top of page]
