Hillsborough

Hillsborough is a lovely, friendly small town (pop: 5,700) with a quaint, historic town center. Historic Hillsborough is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and the town itself boasts more then 100 late 18th and early 19th century buildings still standing.

There are lovely homes here on well-landscaped lots and new subdivisions by some of the areas top builders. Students living in Hillsborough attend the top ranked Orange County Schools. Home prices are lower here then in many other areas of the Triangle and home buyers will be excited by what they can get for their money.
